• Business Activity Statements (BAS) & Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)

  Preparation of BAS’s might be a burden for you as you have to comply with numerous lodgement and bookkeeping requirements. At On Account we will ensure your BAS is correctly prepared and lodged on time, minimising the risk of ATO audits. Your BAS will be sent to the ATO electronically. This way it can be prepared and lodged on the same day. You will also have a benefit of lodgement and payment extensions which are usually two weeks after the due date for people who lodge their BAS themselves.

  We also specialise in tax amendments.  If you think that your previous tax returns are inaccurate or you simply wish us to review them – we are happy to assist. We will provide you with a sound advice on the importance of amending your previous tax returns.

• Corporate Secretarial Work (ASIC)

  We offer in-house record maintenance of your companys business. In addition to providing accounting services, we are able to take care of your everyday bookkeeping needs. Simply provide your records to us and we will put it all in place. Alternatively we can also arrange for a bookkeeper to attend directly to your office.

  We are also happy to take care of your corporate secretarial work. We offer assistance with updating any changes of your company with ASIC, whether it is changing directors or shareholders or simply an address.
